It Made Me Feel Like a Hero
I love doing things for my grandchildren. I don’t know whether it’s because I wasn’t able to spend much time with my own children, or because I love seeing the smiles on their little faces, or a combination of both. But whatever the reason, I simply can’t resist spoiling them. This year, I gave them tickets to Disney World for Christmas. I got some 2010 Disney World discounts, so I was able to do it without breaking the bank. You should have seen the looks on their faces when they opened the envelopes and saw what was inside. It made me feel like a hero.
