THE SECRET?
What is the meaning of life? I am still trying to grasp this fully … The one thing that instantly ‘chills me out’ is remembering God’s unconditional Love for each and every one of us; a humbling and enabling fact. Only problem is when I get caught up in my little storm I forget to think about the Love!!
If only I could operate within that place of awareness I am confident those mountains would move. Maybe this is the purpose of Life – to learn to live in God’s love all the time as we aspire to in Eternity…
This reminds me of the story of Brother Lawrence (The Practice of the Presence of God) who saw God (Love) in all his undertakings. The purpose of his life was to only do what God wanted all the time.
Could the purpose of Life really be to dwell in/ on God (Love) or is that mere Christian romanticism?
