Why is the Nuwave Oven Considered a Convection Oven?
When people see the nuwave oven they often don’t understand why it is called a convection oven. But it all becomes pretty clear after you explain it to them. What happens is, instead of the hot air just coming from the bottom where the heating element sits the fans inside move the air all around on the inside to make the heat come from all sides at once. Convection ovens are usually a lot bigger but nowadays you can get the Nuwave Oven and sit it on top of your counter top. The benefit of one is that they will cook foods much quicker and at lower temperatures. Because the air circulates inside the foods get cooked at much more even temperatures making the food cook evenly.
