Proper diet can help lesson stress
Almost all of my clients suffer from the debilitating effects of stress. They constantly look for ways to reduce stress in their lives and end up pursuing meditation, yoga, etc. But one of the things they overlook is the importance of a healthy diet. As a new york life coach, I usually recommend that my clients consult with a qualified nutritionist to see if their diet is preventing them from getting the proper nutrition. When you lack the proper vitamins and minerals, you can become much more susceptible to the effects of stress. So it’s important that you fortify your stress defenses with healthy fruits, vegetables and other foods.
