There’s an old saying in the business world, “time is money”; which basically means that in this world where life is moving so fast, there is a shortage of time. Therefore, it is necessary to know the value of time.  Hence, can you do things more efficiently, smarter and faster to save yourself time, or do you continue to ignore processes that can free you from time-intensive tasks?  As a web designer running my own business, I always remind myself that there’s a smart way of doing things (saving time) and a not-so-smart.  Outsourcing tasks is one method for saving time, leveraging pre-built software and applications is another….and so is using a website proposal template to create new proposals.  Website proposal templates are brilliant at saving me time and money.  Spending literally hours (sometimes days) writing a document from scratch is not my idea of doing things efficiently.  What is, is using a template that has 90% of the work already done for me. Bottom line – be smart, save time and use a website proposal template.
