We all know that overeating causes weight gain. We also know when we have overeaten, because we can feel that heavy, uncomfortable feeling in our bellies. So if overeating causes weight gain, then obviously it goes without saying that eating less will cause you to lose weight. But the question is, if we can sense when we have overeaten, is there a way for us to know when to stop eating if we want to learn to reduce our portion sizes and eat less? Simple: Only eat until you are satisfied.
