Stretching To Relieve Trapped Nerve
One of the main reasons that you may be suffering from a Trapped Nerve; it is because your muscles are tight and you do not stretch them enough. I was told by massage therapist to place emphasis during the day to stretch as often as possible. I found myself holding onto the door frame of the bedroom door and trying to stretch my arms as far as I could. Of course you do not want to injure yourself more; so you will want to stop stretching when you feel more pain than the relief of the stretch.
