When should I avoid Yoga Pilates?

free visit offerThe challenge I have with these classes is that people who are in pain have no business doing the stretches and challenging exercises that make up these programs.  Yoga/Pilates works best for people that already feel pretty good and athletes that are looking for an edge to their performance.  People that are in pain are not able to do these things properly, and end up hurting themselves even more.
