Outdoor Group Training and Events

I love training outdoors for fitness but I also like to part take it new events and to race. The outdoor group training that I train with has events once a month that they host and a mainstream event somewhere around the city. The events that they host are fun active events that are better to do with friends or more numbers than by yourself. Sometimes they are events that just take a bit of checking out and organizing and I am quite happy for my trainer to do that for me. The smaller events help me to get ready to compete in the bigger ones. If you haven’t tried something new in the last month come give it a try.
