I have always been really into music and felt that I have a knack for hearing when things really work together. While I had a fairly decent job as a trucker, it just wasn’t any sort of dream job, though it paid the bills. I finally decided to take the plunge and get into DJ mixing, working in the field that was really calling to me. It wasn’t always easy, but I learned a lot as I went and have been able to really market myself and my services. I can now say that I am living my dream and making good money at it.

Just recently, we decided to make a home makeover. We felt like it is already time to make that home improvement because the house looked like it’s already a hundred years old, without a touch of class. We had a good laugh joking about the hundred year old thing because we thought it would have been great if it meant that we can treat it as antique, however, it was far from being considered antique. Anyway, pretty soon it’s going to transform into a classic but elegant house because we just won in the recent bid for Antique French Furniture. We are so looking forward to and inspired to make beautiful changes in our home.

Donna is the vice president of a women’s club in Canada. She and the other club members have been searching for a great canadian comedy team that could put on a show for the members and their spouses. Donna had one of the ladies call around to locate a comedy team that had an opening for next month. They wanted to get a comedy team that would be able to come to a local cocktail lounge and put on a show for their yearly board meeting. They were able to find one of the most well know comedy teams and book reservations with them.

I’ve put up a lot of different kinds of blinds over the years and one thing I’ve discovered about them is that the right blinds can make or break a rooms entire look and feel. If you have a set of blinds that clash with the other furniture, be it the color, the style, or the material their made of, then it will stick out like a sore thumb. The right blinds can improve drastically, the look and feel of the room. Bamboo Vertical Blinds are my favorite because they tend to work in just about any configuration, and often times will define the look of the room!

Headshot Preparation

In my view, one of the most important things an actor can do to ensure a good actors headshots session is to show up in good time and come prepared. If you have to, show up early and wait in your car or grab a coffee across the street so be it. If you’re running late it nearly always creates stress and takes focus away from your photographic session. It adds an extra level of discomfort and is just plain unprofessional. It can put the photographer in an awkward position. They may have another client right after you who are on time and they may feel rushed and can’t work the way they normally would.

Headshot More Preperation

As for preparation, make sure have all of your things ready the night before. That means clothes that you know look good on you and are suitable for the shoot. Ensure they are clean and pressed. Good preparation is deciding on your clothes ahead of time and having them ready. I prefer when actors brings more clothes than less, as this gives us a greater choice, but please don’t show up with your entire closet and clothes that haven’t fit you in years! This is simply an overkill and a distraction from your headshot session.

The Morning Of Your Headshot

On the morning of your session, remember that a lot revolves around your headshot session so do not put yourself in any stressful situations. Hopefully your partner – if they are not in the business – will understand the significance and the costs involved in your headshot session. It goes without saying do not go out and party the night before, drink plenty of water leading up to the shoot, and get a good night’s rest. Lastly, have confidence in your choice of photographer, and don’t make it such a big deal. It’s normal to be a little nervous, but you will simply sabotage your headshot session if you put to much pressure on yourself.

My manager Joseph usually gives me a weekly list of objectives and then tells me that he would like them done by the end of the business day on Friday.  He is really laid back and easy to work with because if I finish everything up by Wednesday then I will get to take the rest of the week off!  Today he gave me an easy and short list to do for the week, with Envelopes online for Cards being one of the first items.  I found those in less than three minutes of online searching.  I happened to get a fantastic price on them as well!

There’s been a lot of talk about the Jamorama online guitar courses.  To be honest, I find my interest piqued by this one.  So much so in fact that I’ve been browsing through a few jamorama reviews, and frankly, I kind of like the feedback that I’m getting.  Apparently, the online course is quite easy to follow because it provides step-by-step instruction that gets rid of a lot of technical stuff and things that teachers usually “assume” you know, but really don’t.  That’s really confusing.  Aside from this, Jamorama is also being taught by Ben Edwards.  I personally don’t know him, but I heard he’s a professional guitar player.  That’s good enough for me. 

If you are having trouble hitting the high notes in the songs you are singing, you can fix the problem if you learn singing in mixed voice.  Mixed voice is between your high voice and your low voice.  You can practice singing vowel sounds, moving from your high voice to your low voice in order to find this range.  Move the high notes from your head, out towards your mouth.  You should pull the lower notes from your chest out through your mouth.  With practice you can form a bridge that will allow you to easily move to this range for reaching higher pitches without straining your vocal cords.  When you are able to do this, you will never miss a note.
