When I graduated from college I was in great shape. I had been a distance runner in college and it was something that I loved. But then I got married and went through a difficult pregnancy, and the next thing that I knew I was out of shape. I recently looked in the mirror and decided that things need to change. The hardest part that I have with a diet is that when I begin I tend to be really hard on myself. Usually on a diet I have to restrict so much of what I usually eat that I have no idea what the eat. Then in turn I end up starving myself and then I splurge and totally ruin the diet. I was hoping that if I get a personalized diet plan then I could incorporate some of the foods that I already eat so that I am not changing my ways 100% and then I can stay on it for a longer time.

Last week I turned 20 years old and I am a junior at California State University at Fullerton. When I first started college I wasn’t sure what I was going to do.
