I have always firmly believed in being a team player, and when I moved to a new town and joined the track team, I wanted to prove myself to the other team members. Over the years I have crept up a dress size or two from my high school days.  While that was a long time ago, in my head I feel that I am really only a few years out of school and I look in the mirror and find myself disappointed that I don’t quite have the figure I used to.  Don’t get me wrong, I generally take care of myself, but I don’t quite do all the things all the time that I know I should.  That’s why hypnosis for weight loss has been so cool.  I just listen to some MP3s each night before I go to sleep – I actually find them very relaxing – and then over the course of a few days, I found myself not craving candy and feeling like getting some exercise.  It was (is!) fantastic.  And, just by using hypnosis, I have dropped a dress size.
